MGS: Ground Zeroes Coming In March

The Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes release date is set for March 18, according to a new video showing off Xbox exclusive content for the game.

A prologue to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Ground Zeroes will act as a bridge between the linearity of existing series entries and the open-world environments of the upcoming fifth instalment. A newly announced Xbox One and Xbox 360 exclusive mission called Jamais Vu (French for Never Seen) sees cyborg ninja Raiden tasked with exterminating ‘bioroid Snatchers’ concealing themselves within the prison facility where the rest of the game takes place.

Playstation fans don’t be too upset, remember you have the PS3/PS4 exclusive mission Deja Vu, which will feature classic Solid Snake from the PSone entry in the stealth series.

Boxed PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Ground Zeroes will cost £29.99/€29.99, while digital versions will cost £19.99/€19.99. PS4 and Xbox One digital versions will be priced at £29.99/€29.99.
